Septorhinoplasty regret (6 years post op) - can I bring back my original nose? (Photos)

Let me refer you to a similar case of ethnic rhinoplasty reversion after a regretted primary rhinoplasty, it is not written in any book how to do so, it is always a creative solution customized by the surgeon to every case.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a pleasing front view, and your profile of you still has a bit of a bump, which leads to a natural nasal appearance that is certainly masculine, not feminine. It's not clear why you are having severe dissatisfaction 6 years after your surgery. We can use cartilage and other tissue grafts to bring your nose back as close as possible to what you had before. Should take about 90 minutes.
