Septorhinoplasty regret (6 years post op) - can I bring back my original nose? (Photos)

i had a septorhinoplasty done around 6 years ago in London for a broken nose that had gotten misshaped also a deviated septum and I regretfully changed my nose appearance too. i used to have more of a roman like nose. i feel like since than i dont recognize my real self. is there any way i could bring back my old original appearance (the tip of my nose was shortened only by 1 mm, the bump was mostly removed, the nostrils weren't touched, and some fat was added to the tip that was probably taken from the bump / bridge area) please advise me

If you didn't do any taping/injections postop, it's possible it is due to the accumulation of scar tissue around your nose. I think it's tootally reasonable to try a steroid injection.

I see what you're trying to do with the filler, but when I look at your profile, it just seems to me that the tip is still strong in its forward projection away from the face, and your nose is long, meaning the tip sits low. I'd make you some morphs showing the tip elevated and the entire nose...
