Why is my nose tip still swollen 3 years post-op? Would a steroid injection help? (Photos)

Hello everyone, I had my primary rhinoplasty three years ago in June 2022. My initial result was very nice as I had everything I asked for. However after the cast was removed my tip just swelled up to the point where it looked like my old nose. I’m not three years post op and it is still swollen/bulbous. What are my options now? And why did this happen? I also saw a Reddit post of a woman who had a steroid(kenalog) shot four years post op from her primary rhino and her swelling went down. Is this still an option for me? I have contacted my original surgeon and he wants to do a revision, but I don’t know if I should ask him if we should try a steroid shot first?
