You are a great candidate for rhinoplasty surgery with Piezo technology. I would recommend to narrow the nose base, reduce the projection of your nose, fix the bulbous tip, remove the bump, give it some more definition to give it a more feminine look. This will give your nose a nice, natural slope, make the nostrils and wings of your nose more even and narrow that will complement your facial features.
Thank you for your inquiry! We would love to meet with you in person or virtually to discuss your surgical and non-surgical options. Schedule a consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to help you reach your goals.
thank you for posting your question. I some cases sublte changes are suffcient to correct a droopy nasal tip when smiling and a subtle dorsal hump. So-called preservation rhinoplasties may give you the results your are aiming for, without undergoing the more complex rhinoplasty procedures and the lengthier recovery. A preservation rhinoplasty maintains as many anatomical features as possible and changes the ones that are necessary without compromising the outcome (short- and longterm). To see if this surgical approach would be right option for you, a consultation with a rhinoplasty surgeon would be recommended. A good understanding on both sides, about wishes, outcomes and realistic expectations, is really key.
Thank you for your inquiry and for sharing your photographs. A rhinoplasty procedure can address both of the concerns you have described, including the slightly droopy nasal tip when smiling and the relatively small bump on the nasal bridge. These are common issues that can be corrected effectively through surgery. In general, when the nasal bridge bump is reduced, the nasal tip tends to appear more elongated. To maintain balance and harmony in your nasal proportions, I would recommend a slight rotation of the nasal tip as part of the procedure. This adjustment can help create a more refined and aesthetically pleasing result.Additionally, to ensure the nasal tip remains stable during facial movements such as smiling, I would suggest incorporating cartilage grafts for added support. This approach not only enhances the appearance but also provides durability and stability over time.
Hello!Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos You seem to be a suitable candidate for rhinoplasty, your wishes can be realized with a single operation. It would be better face to face consultationBest Regards!
A rhinoplasty can rotate your tip and remove the dorsal hump for a more ski-slope tip. Computer imaging can be used to help you visualize the changes and determine what is best for you.
Assuming you are otherwise healthy and haven’t had recent surgery on your nose and face you’d certainly be a candidate for rhinoplasty to address these concerns. You’d be best served by an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon focused on rhinoplasty to discuss your goals, set expectations, and the timeline for recovery.
Based on your profile photos, I believe you may be a good candidate for rhinoplasty surgery. Especially if you have severe dissatisfaction with the appearance of your nose. Please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists so you could see what to expect moving forward. Good luck! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty, I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Most plastic surgeons like to perform lip lift procedures at a separate time. Best wishes to you.
A rhinoplasty can be done with septal extension to prevent the drooping of the tip while smiling. At the same time, the dorsal hump can be resolved.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Thank you for your question and for sharing your concerns. Based on your photos, the nasal bridge demonstrates a relatively wide keystone area with a small bump visible on the oblique view. This width contributes to the overall appearance of the bridge. When the nasal tip is narrowed through a...
Patient safety is paramount. It is common practice for all patients undergoing any type of surgery to have a pre-operative assessment and anaesthetic review. If any concerns are identified, surgery will be delayed until the patient has been optimised.
It really comes down to what specifically bothers you. From an outside perspective, you’re very attractive, and it wouldn’t make sense to suggest procedures without knowing exactly what concerns you. The best approach is for you to identify what’s bothering you and then see if there’s a good su...
