Great spa but the cancellation set up is a big problem
I really enjoyed my first time at Grace Medical. Service was great, stuff was friendly but the cancellation set up is a big problem. Unfortunately I had some emergency and called to cancel 24 hours in advance. I know they have a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Anyway, they didn’t try to work out to waive the fee one time only . After speaking with our administrative staff, it sounds like they may not have been aware of the reason for your cancellation and therefore tried to find an alternative accommodation for your appointment, rather than waive the fee.
