Great Spa but

I really enjoyed my first time at Grace Medical. Service was great, stuff was friendly but the cancellation set up is a big problem. Unfortunately I had some emergency and called to cancel 24 hours in advance. I know they have a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Anyway, they didn’t try to work out to waive the fee one time only . I was planning to continue to use their services, I usually get a fácil every 3 months, some Botox. Also was going to bring my husband Daniel for Botox and he also get others skin care treatments which would probably be over than 5k a year for both of us. Unfortunately due to lack of working this cancellation issue when I called I will not go back. I will find someone other SPA for our treatments. They could had waived the fee one time only. I wish them the best.
