One of the most challenging breast surgery we do is replacing larger low "hanging" implants with smaller implants positioned higher up on the chest. To do so, the breast implant pocket must be sutured and repaired to keep the implant higher and to give the breast a nice "perky shape. This patient went from about a 500 cc implant to about a 300 cc implant and a pocket repair. Access was achieved via her prior breast augmentation incision.
