My implants look oblong / oval ?

Is this normal ? Has anyone had the same experience. The shape is kinda oblong ?

Left boob stretching to the side again
So I had this revision surgery to go bigger + fix lateral displacement. Doctor put sutures in and healing went great.
However now 1.5 yrs after Ive noticed the falling out to the armpit of my left breast is back. Especially when I lay down or recline position. Is it really just my anatomy or has anyone had this fixed permanently?

Hello! I just use VS.. either a 32D or 30DD. I know getting a good bra that fits can be tough. I am happy with my implants overall.

How are you feeling about them now in a bikini? I know your last post you were uncertain. I think the after looks good. Your cleavage area definitely filled in more and looks fabulous.
Hmm. In a bikini they still look faker than Id like. But overall, Im okay with them.
