Choosing Dr. Butz for my mommy makeover was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From our very first consultation, I knew I was in the hands of someone truly special. He’s not only an incredibly talented surgeon—he’s kind, compassionate, and genuinely puts his patients’ care and well-being at the forefront of everything he does.

I had a full tummy tuck with muscle repair, contouring lipo, a breast lift, and augmentation with Motiva round implants plus internal mesh. These are big procedures, and at no point did I ever feel rushed, overlooked, or unsure. Dr. Butz took the time to explain every detail, answer every question, and calm every fear. His expertise was clear, but it was his warmth and attentiveness that truly set him apart.

And a big shoutout for his entire staff, who are just as amazing by reflecting his standard of excellence, empathy, support, professionalism, and always being available to answer any questions or concerns. They made me feel comfortable, cared for, and even excited during a time that can be vulnerable for many women.

I would choose Dr. Butz and Quintessa time and again. And although the results exceeded my expectations, it was the experience as a whole that had the biggest impact. I am beyond grateful for the care, confidence, and renewed sense of self I’ve gained through this entire journey. 15/10 stars.

I had a breast augmentation and lift with mesh done by Dr. Butz at Quintessa, and I’m so happy with my results! My confidence has skyrocketed! I hated the way I looked after breastfeeding, saggy and deflated. I wanted a natural look but also pop in tops and swimwear, and he delivered exactly that. Dr. Butz, the staff, and the nurses were all so friendly, professional, and really took the time to answer all of my questions, as well as prepare me for what to expect post-op. A friend recommended him to me, and after seeing all the amazing reviews here, learning about his no-touch protocols, and having my consultation, I felt totally confident moving forward. Dr. Butz was amazing. As a woman, this procedure is vulnerable and intimidating however, Dr Butz was very comforting and professional and I would recommend him and the procedure to anyone! Dr. Butz and his team are very serious when it comes to safety and your health. He utilizes the latest techniques to ensure the best outcome. I had no pain and the healing went exactly as they described. I will only recommend Dr. Butz going forward.

After trying out numerous in office sizers ranging from 280cc-450cc I am very happy and do not regret choosing 450cc. You get comfortable with your new size and the weight of them very quickly as they told me I would. I would highly recommend trying 2-3 sizes larger than what you think is the absolute maximum size you think you want to go. Even just for peace of mind. It's a big decision.

I had consultations with three other doctors and went with Dr. Butz. I really listened to all of the doctors but chose Dr. Butz for a number of reasons.

Dr. Butz is meticulous and I could tell every time I met with him. Dr. Butz was the only Dr. that really went through his before and after pictures of patients who had the same type of surgery done. I could really tell he paid attention to detail and that is what made me decide to go with him. I am incredibly happy with my results.

Surgical staff: The day of surgery I was very nervous. I have never been under anesthesia. When I say this place felt like I was at the spa, I mean it. When I got there, the RN staff greeted me and I met with the surgical team. I forgot the anesthesiologist name but he was incredible, very personable and made me feel at ease. When I walked into the operating room, the PA/RNs placed warm blankets on me and made me laugh. I can't thank this team enough for making me feel at ease and comfortable. After surgery they sent me a card/flowers and continued to check in on me.

For years, I struggled with confidence issues regarding my gynecomastia. I really want to thank the entire team for making me feel more confident everyday. Overall, I would recommend anyone to Dr. Butz and his team for their aesthetic needs.

Excellent, he gave very thourogh and clear information about the procedure. All of the nurses were also very knowledgable and kind. I was given excellent information about perparing for the surgery and after care, Dr. Butz and his nurses followed up post op to check on me and even sent flowers. Concierge care at it's best. I highly recommend Dr. Butz and Quintessa.

From the first consultation appointment, Dr Butz and his team were wonderful. The entire team were remarkably kind every step of the way. Dr Butz made me feel very comfortable, included me in the decision making process, and was very informative about what to expect. The procedure itself and recovery were much easier than expected! I had some swelling and very little pain, both of which improved with ice application. I just had my 3 week follow-up and could not be happier with the results, which will apparently only continue to improve over another few weeks!

My results are so amazing! This is the best I have ever looked even before children! My goal was to eliminate loose abdominal skin and fix diastasis from pregnancy. I also decided to do a breast lift and augmentation to try to achieve a natural looking lift with more fullness, somewhat what I looked like before pregnancy. The breast lift and implant is so natural looking and exactly what I had in mind! My abdomen looks better than it ever has after my tummy tuck! Completely flat with perfect contouring! I never thought I would look great in a bikini again after two children but Dr. Butz seemed to know exactly what I wanted to achieve and delivered beautiful results.

Dr. Butz is hands down the best surgeon I’ve been to for a consult. As a mom of two who breastfed for 3 years each, my body just never bounced back to where I wanted it to. All the exercise and clean foods can’t repair the skin elasticity I’ve endured. I went to two other surgeons prior to sitting down with Dr. Butz, and walked out feeling defeated, as they were recommending additional surgeries I didn’t ask for or want, and skipping over my main concerns. Dr. Butz listened intently, gave me multiple options, allowed me to voice concerns, and I loved the option of being able to try on different sized implants with the 3D program. I also can’t say enough about the measures he takes to ensure minimal risk or infection: touch less implants and stainless tummy tuck. I cannot wait to book my surgery with Dr. Butz and his Quintessa team. 12/10!
