53 year old female shown before and 10 weeks after a bilateral breast reduction using the anchor incision. The patient is height 54 and weight 175 pounds. She was a DD cup before and a C cup after. She desired a smaller and higher breast. The breast lift was done at the surgical center and the patient went home the same day. She has successfully used a surgical bra and is now starting the scar cream. All procedures done by Frank j. Ferraro, MD.

This patient is shown 3 days post-op after undergoing reduction mammaplasty. She initially requested implants as well, however, due to her degree of droopiness, we recommended a two-stage procedure to minimize the risk of nipple-areola necrosis. 321 grams were removed from her right breast. 329 grams were removed from her left breast.

She underwent a breast lift with a reduction of the bra fat. On the left side, some of the excess bra fat was used to auto-augment that breast to improve size symmetry. At the time of surgery she weighed 194 pounds and was 5'4 tall. Her results are shown 10 months later.

This patient underwent a breast reduction to improve her back and neck pain which was caused by her heavy breasts. During the procedure a breast lift was also done to improve the aesthetics of the breasts.
