This lovely patient came to see me for a left capsular contracture. I performed a breast revision surgery with left capsulectomy (removing the scared capsule) and bilateral implant exchange, which resulted in beautiful, symmetric breasts without any discomfort.Capsular contracture is an implant-related complication that results in a breast that can be hard-looking, overly round, painful, and aesthetically imbalanced. Options to treat capsular contracture include implant exchange with removal of the capsule (capsulectomy) and this may include changing the location of the implant, for example, from above the muscle to below the muscle.

Remove and replacement of breast implants. Now she has 800cc, full profile, silicone implants. Dr. Richards also performed a left areola lift to level out her nipple positions.

Woman treated with Breast Implant Revision. Patient had left implant deflation. We removed Allergan 550cc moderate style saline implants that were over filled to 600cc. They were replaced with Allergan Natrelle Inspira silicone high profile 650cc implants.

I did a major pocket revision with implant replacement. In addition to centering the implants, I used a COHESIVE gel which ripples less. I used a silicone gel cohesive full profile 415cc implant.

Woman treated with Mommy Makeover through Breast Implant Revision, Breast Lift with Implants to reposition the breasts to a more youthful and elevated position, correcting any sagging or volume loss, Liposuction, and Tummy Tuck. Pre-op, patient had implants that needed to be updated and were replaced with new, high-quality implants that gave a fuller, more natural look.

This patient had a breast augmentation from another surgeon and develop a severe deformity. I revised her augmentation by revising her breast augmentation. We removed her old implants and implant capsules. I developed a new pocket under the chest muscle as the old implants were placed above her muscle and had developed scar tissue which moved her right implant up and out.

Breast augmentation REVISION with internal bra. This patient had older implants that began to sit lower over time. Additionally she didn't like the fact that they moved sideways under her arms when she laid down. I did a revision replacing her old implants with the newest generation silicone gel gummy bear implants. I also revised her implant pockets placing sutures to close off space laterally and to raise her breast fold about 2 cm. I then reinforced the new pocket with a Galaflex internal bra to prevent the implants from going back down or bottoming out again. Her new implant sit much higher and don't move to the side when she lying down.
