50-year-old patient with a history of T4 N1 inflammatory right breast cancer. The patient underwent modified radical mastectomy, chemotherapy, and postoperative radiation therapy. A year and a half following radiation treatment the patient underwent bilateral breast reconstruction with microvascular muscle-sparing free TRAM flaps. Subsequent lateral axillary fold excisions were performed a year later.
