Breast Lift with Reverse Tummy Tuck
This surgery is my 8th surgery. Dr Trent Douglas with HKB is a fabulous Doctor. He has a great bedside manner in addition to be a good surgeon. I cannot see my results yet as I am only 2 days post op. I have not taken my bandages off to get the full spectrum of the surgery results. Updated on 5 Sep 2025: I had an unexpected and unfortunate experience with my breast lift/augmentation. I had some loss of blood supply to just one of my nipples. It has put a huge damper on my excitement for my new boobs. I have been in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber for 6 days straight. Meaning 2 hour sessions for the last 6 days. We are still waiting to see what my body is going to do. A POSITIVE NOTE to this situation is how kind and loving Dr Douglas has been. He is right beside me holding my hand through this tough situation. He is hopeful that the oxygen chamber worked with my tissue underneath the dead tissue. He said a small skin graft and we probably would not even be able to tell there was a problem. It just is going to take a lot more time to get where I want to be. I go back to see him again on Tuesday morning. Updated on 10 Oct 2025: Welp, this has and will continue to be a very emotionally challenging situation. For unknown reasons the blood supply to part of my nipple was cut off. That ended in necrosis of a part of my nipple. The necrosis was cut out. I was hoping that it would heal quickly. But, now I understand that it will likely be another 6-8 weeks. I have been under the care of my plastic surgeon and a wound care specialist. This has been a really upsetting and expensive complication. I do have pictures of it all if anyone is interested. However, they are really graphic (IMO). So, I’m not posting them.
