49 yo with a history of invasive left breast cancer 8 years prior, treated with lumpectomy, chemotherapy, and radiation. She then developed ductal carcinoma in situ of the left breast again and elected to have a completion mastectomy of the left breast and prophylactic right mastectomy. Bilateral reconstruction with muscle sparing free TRAM flaps was performed at the same time as the mastectomies.
