Yes! Small and appropriate dose of botox in the proper location would minimize the jellyroll when you smile. Make sure not to touch the area after the injection as it may spread to deeper tissues (mainly inferior oblique muscle underneath) and paralyze unintended muscles.
Brow ptosis and heaviness in the forehead region after Botox treatment usually improve 3-6 months after injection depending on factors such as dose and concentration injected, the metabolism of the toxin in your body. I would suggest you wait until any further treatment for now. Would be helpful to have a before/after picture to asses feature you mentioned.
The answer to your question very much depends on exam findings as there can be so many reasons why your vision is not sharp 6months after LASIK including but bot limited to dry eye status, refraction (over/under corrected), higher order aberrations, etc. I suggest you optimize your ocular surface with preservative free artificial tears, get an eye exam with updated prescription and proper imaging of the cornea. Also with regards to flashes and floater, these symptoms could be indicative of possible retinal tear and warrant a dilated eye exam where an ophthalmologist looks at the back of your eye to ensure retinal health.Hope this helps
If you are getting Botox in areas other than the lid underwent Chalazion excision, you should be fine to proceed. However, if you are getting Botox around the same area better to wait until swelling improves after a few days as with swelling the toxin may get spread to untreated areas. Hope this helps.
