Fraxel for acne scar treatment?

22 year old Iranian (middle eastern). I have type 2 skin, yellow toned, not olive. I never had severe acne , but I have extremly oily skin and I mostly get black heads. When I was younger I used to clean out my blackheads using my nails and therefore causing my scars, which are depresses scars.They looked like very enlarged pores and not too deep. I have tried chemical peels and I didn't get the result I wanted from that.

What would be my best option? Fraxel repair or restore? Or are there other alternatives? Thanks

I have tried invicible and i like the results. I can best recommend the one which i myself have tried. Healing however depends upon the age of your scars.

Hi Barbie D, Fraxel repair is the option for you. If you are comfortable with having Silikon-1000 micro-drop injections, then that is an alternative treatment. Very deep pitted scars may need punch excision followed by definitive treatment. Good luck and be well. Dr. P
