Would a second lift give me the results I wanted initially?
October 2024 I had a lollipop lift with implants. I consulted with 2 physicians one that said i needed the full “anchor” lift and the 2nd said lollipop would be just fine. I went with the 2nd physican for reasons unrelated to the method of the lift. I expressed upper pole fullness is important to me, i want cleavage just not super augmented. I also would like them to be closer together, but I knew anatomy played a huge role so I didnt have huge expectations as far as that went. The first 3-ish weeks post op i was really happy with my results. I had the upper fullness i asked for, i basically never took off my surgical bra for almost 10 weeks. By 6 months post op they had definitely dropped, which I knew would happen. But i wasn’t expecting literally the entire implant being just the bottom half of my breast. When I wear a bra im constantly pulling it up because my nipple will pop out because the lift made my nipples higher, but all of the volume is in the bottom. So I don’t ever get to have cleavage because I have to worry about my nipples showing. Also, my lift scars healed brown? I am Caucasian so it’s very noticeable. The pigment spreads about 1/2 inch on both sides of my vertical incisions from the lollipop lift. i Made sure to use the silicon gels, sunscreen, tape etc to make sure they healed nicely. They are still there. If i had another lift, could it fix all of these issues? Would my scars heal brown again? can i correct the fullness issue?
