Scars have widened - New breast lift or scar revision? (Photos)

Almost a year ago I had my old implants removed (350 cc saline) and I had new gummy bears 280 cc put in with a Benelli lift. The scars have become widened. i been told I need a full anchor lift and also been told that scar revision would be enough because measurements are on (22 cm to the nipples for ex) Should I go for full lift again? That’s a little traumatizing, right now.

Your implants are mildly bottomed out, probably due to a thin tissue envelope. In this situation, and internal bra with something like Galaflex is most effective, because it adds a layer of support.

A vertical breast lift would most likely be the most suitable option for you since your nipples are located below your breast fold. With anything less, your implants would sit too low on your chest and you wouldn’t have any fullness in the upper portion of your breasts.
