Hi im due surgery in 2 weeks an uplift with implants im wanting to go to the biggest safest cc i can go for as full as i can upper pole and roundness what cc Size would you reccomend to go for while having the uplift at the same time if it was you operating on me ? Just looking for advise , thanks

You need a lift more than implants. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Hi there, thank you so much for your question and thank you for sharing your photo. You are wondering if it would be safe to perform a lift with an implant in your situation. Looking at your photos, you have a significant about of breast ptosis (sag). Unfortunately, I would not recommend doing a simultaneous implant with lift. this would lead to unacceptable risk of wound complications and implant problems following your surgery. In your situation where the nipple is well below the fold, a lift should be done first to reposition your breast tissue and allow the skin to heal. After 3 months, the implant procedure can be performed easily. Hope that helps!

If you are having both an augmentation and a breast lift performed at the same time, I would recommend using only a small-to-moderate size implant. Based on the amount of ptosis present, some surgeons would recommend staging these procedures - performing a breast lift first, and then waiting until a later date to do the breast augmentation. That is recommended for some patients to reduce of risk of complications related to preserving the blood flow to the areola/nipple. At baseline, combining a breast lift with an augmentation in a single procedure has a higher revision rate than either of these procedures performed alone.
If you use too large of an implant, you are going to be increasing the risk of complications related to the blood flow to the nipple-areola complex, wound healing, and implant bottoming out.
