HELP!!! Two Surgeons, Conflicting Advice—What’s Best for My Breasts? (Photos)

joanna32Feb 9, 2026

Hello, I’m seeking professional opinions regarding breast surgery. My breasts are naturally large but slightly sagging. I’ve consulted two surgeons with different advice: • Surgeon A: Lift + round 300 cc implant, says he never uses smaller implants. • Surgeon B: Lift + 210–240 cc implant, recommends B-Lite (lightweight) over standard Polytech. He first suggested Motiva Preserve but now thinks B-Lite is better because Motiva is subglandular and may sag over time with my heavy tissue. He also prefers an anatomical implant, saying round implants would cause more sag. I’m confused because: • My breasts already have volume, so I’m unsure if a small implant would make a difference. • Implant recommendations differ (size and shape). • My goal is a sculpted, proportionate, perky, and firm look. Questions: 1. For naturally large breasts, is a lift alone enough for a balanced, perky shape? 2. Would a small implant meaningfully improve upper fullness? 3. Does implant weight (B-Lite vs standard) matter at 210–240 cc, or is it mostly marketing? 4. Any tips to optimize long-term results and avoid sag while keeping proportions natural? Thank you for any insights!
