Is it possible and safe to have a breast lift with implants if diagnosed with anti phospholipid syndrome?

By I was diagnosed with APS (anti phospholipid syndrome) about 10 years ago, since then i have had a child i have 2 children & i had totally forgotten about the APS diagnosis, until now that i have been doing research on what doctor, now i am beginning to wonder if it is worth doing the surgery has anyone had a surgery & recovered well, is it possible & is it safe to have the surgery with this type of condition? If it is possible what steps should I take next?
