The asymmetry is apparent and could be improved by repositioning either implant. I personally would favor treating the right breast. The reason being that the photos with your arms raise suggest you are on the verge of bottoming out, and this would give you an opportunity to treat this before it develops.

Hi from Istanbul! It appears that the natural asymmetry in your breast folds, present before the surgery, could be contributing to the differences you're observing. Adjusting the breast fold on the left side, possibly by using a slightly larger implant, about 25 cc bigger, might help achieve a more balanced and symmetrical appearance between the two breasts. However, this suggestion is based on a general observation. A detailed examination by your surgeon is crucial to determine the most appropriate course of action for a revision. Your right breast implant has bottomed out, moving down the chest wall and will continue to do so. Also, your implants are wider than your chest wall. You need more high profile and smaller volume implants. You will need a revision with plication or repair of the inferior portion of the pocket of the right breast to position it higher with smaller implants.

I would revise the one breast with the higher nipple and lower sitting implant. That implant has bottomed out. Once it is in place, your nipple will probably be fine.

The first question is, which one do you like better? Both are pretty, but they are different. Therefore the solution depends on your preference which one you like best.

The right Brian plant is slightly lower than the left one. If you prefer your left breast than a capsule or fee will be needed on the right. If you like the right breast better than you will need a lower pole crease reduction on the left.

The right fold (left looking at photo) is lower than the left. I would repair the fold with galaflex mesh. The nipple will come down a bit matching the other with the fold repair.

Based on your posted photos, the implants were of incorrect sizing since you were volume a symmetric preoperatively. I recommend exchange implants to correct volumes and capsule release of the smaller breast. Expect fees to be $10,000. Best of virtual consult with.

All the women have some asymmetry of their breast. It’s common for the left breast to sit slightly higher on the chest wall than the right side. Recognize the plastic surgeons cannot move our breast positions on the chest wall. The implant should be placed in the anatomic correct position Based on each individual breast. From the pictures you’ve included, it looks to me like your right implant sits too low and is on the verge of bottoming out. If the infra memory fold has been violated, and implants begin to bottom out, then the condition can become worse overtime Due to gravity And contraction of the pectoralis muscle if the implants are sub pectoral.To me, the left breast is the one that looks fine and the right side is the one that’s going to create problems down the road. The right breast already shows more breast tissue below your nipple, which is a sign of the implant bottoming out.
Personally, I would not revise the left side, but would consider reinforcing the right side if it bothers you, or if the breast position continues to slide down.
Implants that bottom out can become difficult to manage with revision surgery and correcting this problem is not always easy or straightforward.
