Hello and thank you for your question! Unfortunately it is impossible to say for certain, as there are many implant manufacturers with slightly different profile/style implants (i.e. extra full, full, moderate, low plus, low, etc), along with the fact that a patient's individual anatomy varies from person to person as well as what technique the surgeon may have used. However, my best educated guess (along with statistics from our professional societies) is that these are likely all smooth round full/high profile silicone implants. The best recommendation for your body will come from an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck on your journey!
Most will probably be high or ultra high profile, especially to give the round fake ball look. Please do not go too large for your frame and tissue.
Don't go any larger since you are starting to bottom out from the weight that you now have. You can try changing them to a higher profile and use mesh for internal support. Larger implants will sag down even more over time.
Your surgeon should be able to raise your lower pocket so that both are much more even and your implant is in the proper place.
I would suggest going with the large 220 cc implants because of your pocket size. Your pocket can be tightened internally laterally to help, but your current implant has also stretched your pocket anteriorly. there will be less loose skin with the 220 size than with the smaller implant, and...
You are only a month out and still have swelling. Plus, your tissues need to relax and settle. Once settled, you may be fine. After 6 months, if it is still too tight, go smaller.
If you have very little tissue, I would suggest not going up to 500 cc's. I would suggest stopping at 400 cc's. Otherwise, you may bottom out fairly quickly. Do remember that many, but not all, women gain in the breast size with pregnancy and breast feeding. Many do not get to keep the...
Actually, you have more support keeping the implants behind the muscle, better upper breast fullness, and hide the implant edge when the implants are behind the muscle. You might need to go down in size some and use mesh for better internal support. Do not go larger.
