My body is having trouble holding up my implants. I just had an internal suture bra added to try to support my implants and my left implant is still feeling like it is bottling out after seven weeks. I assume my next step is to try smaller implants. I do not want a lot of stretch marks or an anchor scar. How much smaller could I go without having to worry about that? I am currently 550 ccs

The main reason for bottoming out in most women is that the implant is too large and heavy for their tissue. You did not mention what size you have, but you need to go smaller. You also did not post photos, so I cannot be specific about the lift. The capsule will need tightening and I like...
Don't go any larger since you are starting to bottom out from the weight that you now have. You can try changing them to a higher profile and use mesh for internal support. Larger implants will sag down even more over time.
