What do I do after anchor breast lift with implants? (Photo)

I don’t like how wide they are like how it goes past my side. I don’t like how big the cicumference is. I had anchor scars and laser to fade them almost completely no noticeable scarring. Could I get smaller implants? How would they cut to replace them? Same incisions? Thanks

If you’re considering smaller implants, your surgeon will discuss the feasibility and potential outcomes based on your anatomy and the existing implants. The revision surgery may involve using the same incisions from your initial breast augmentation, but this will depend on the surgeon’s approach and your individual circumstances.

If you had a lift with implants you can always go smaller.  But you might want to take advantage of the opportunity to make adjustments to the skin envelope as well if needed

If you do not like the volume of the breasts then smaller implants can be placed. This can be done through the old incision. However, you may need a revision of the scars to take in the slack skin from switching to smaller implants. I would need photographs to give you a more accurate answer.

You did not post photos, which would have been helpful However, the lateral pockets can be tightened, and you could go down in size so that the circumference is smaller.
