I’m sorry you are experiencing this.
Unfortunately, the only way to fix it is surgically, by repositioning the implant to the prepectoral position (and sometimes with the help of an acellular dermal matrix).

your condition is unfortunately not uncommon, and is caused by detachment of the pectoral muscle in the dual plane procedure. Correction of it requires re-attachment of the muscle. This can be done when moving the implant back in front, or by converting to the split muscle plane. Lots of examples on my website.

Any implant behind the muscle will be pushed to the side when the muscle is flexed. the muscle needs more space and the implant is taking up space.
