I believe I need a removal & replacement. My right implant has ruptured or displaced. Also, my implants were recalled due to cancer causing issues. I like the textured silicone implant because I am lean. They have a suggested a smooth implant. Will I get the same results? Is there a chance for more rippling with smooth implants?

You chose large implants and they may have settled as much as they can. Smaller implants would have dropped and settled better. Your nipples can now be raised with a lift if you want, or you can go with smaller implants that will fit your frame and tissue better.
Don't go bigger. Your tissue is not going to support the additional weight over time and you will bottom out, even if mesh is used. Ideally, you should go smaller.
