I believe that you need a revisionary surgery that may include downsizing implants with repeat mastopexies. The lift that you need will help re-centralize the breast mount where it needs to be. You may also need a smaller implant with tightening of the capsule that has formed around the breast implants. You really need an experienced plastic surgeon to address all these issues, specifically one who was trained well in aesthetic breast surgery.

Thank you for your question and posting an appropriate pic. I am sorry that you are disappointed with your results. you do seem to have quite a bit of breast tissue. This is best supported with a mesh which you can have at the same time as a revision. You likely will not need to change your implants just a lift revision with Galaflex mesh. Please discuss this with your surgeon or set up a virtual consultation to discuss options.

You failed to mention that you had a lift done as well. some of the differences are due to the lift. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns and options.
