I had a breast augmentation & experienced complications such as soft implants flipping which I was told were the wrong implants , sagging due to refusal of uplift from the surgeon instead he went big 440cc I have no tissue , extremely thin capsule I asked the surgeon to redo his bad judgment he refused and charged me 3.4 thousand for uplift ( never mentioned change of implants ) Original plan was implants , uplift & fat tranfear but was changed on the day just for implants I have 3 kids

You failed to mention that you had a lift done as well. some of the differences are due to the lift. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns and options.
Your left implant is actually bottoming out so I do not suggest going larger. That pocket needs to be lifted and tightened and you might need some mesh for better support. going larger is heavier and more likely to drop down again. An examination is needed to see if anything needs to be done to...
The main difference with this surgery is that the muscles will not be stretched and you will not have as much pain. Plus, most of the pocket will not be disturbed. You still will need time to heal.
