Don't go bigger. Your tissue is not going to support the additional weight over time and you will bottom out, even if mesh is used. Ideally, you should go smaller.

A fuller cleavage can definitely be achieved. Changing the pocket slightly but also perhaps considering to use broader base implants +/- fat transfer for more fullness in the upper pole/cleavage area. An uplift may be required and a degree of autologous augmentation (breast looking fuller using its own tissue)
