Hello 3 months post op, smooth round moderate profile 345cc. I started from 32aa with no tissue. I have depressed breast bone. I’m not happy with result as they are too close to the midline and touching each other. How soon can I have a revision surgery? Should I change to UH profile with less cc ? Or can my surgeon just suture the mid line? Thank you in advance

Answer: Implants too close together after breast reconstruction Implants that are too close together are a challenging problem. using an implant with a narrower width and supporting a reconstructed midline with an internal bra technique would be a good option. Revision breast reconstruction surgery can be considered at the 3 month mark in women who do not require radiation or chemotherapy.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Intellectual911777, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the early stages of the healing process. You will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.
