Would implants make them look worse? (Photo)

Sincere704175
I am 29, 5’1, 103 lbs. I want to have a breast augmentation because I look deflated. I don’t care so much about having large breasts, I just want lift and more fullness on the top. Due to the shape, will it look bad to do implants? I spoke with a surgeon, however, he only does virtual consultations prior to paying and booking surgery (at which time, you get to try on sizers, get measured, etc.). I would like to have a better idea of what they’d look like before I commit.
