1 breast feels tight and makes a noise when exercising like a squelch/squeak and needs reposition t feel comfortable

Question

36 year old female - had BA dec 2018 450cc motiva implants dual plane placement, right breast when I tense my arm breast gets significantly smaller looks like implant disappears? When I exercise it gets tight and I have to move the breast around (which makes a noise like a squeak/squelch/rubbing) and can sometimes take a while to become comfortable This exercise can include walking so not always anything to pressured on chest Any ideas on what’s wrong - thanks in advance

Any changes to your breasts or implants needs to be evaluated by your surgeon.  Be sure to mention when the symptoms began, what makes it better or worse, and how frequently it occurs.  Your surgeon will examine you and order any tests if indicated.

Hello, thank you for your question. Usually implants placed under the muscle can shift and move with flexion of the pec muscle especially if you have strong muscles or if its on your dominant side. Im not sure about the squeaking sound. I would speak to your plastic surgeon for a full assessment in person to properly address your concerns.

Hi and welcome to our forum!The "breast animation deformity" (BAD) occurs to at least some degree in a majority of submuscular augmentation procedures, ranging from minimal deformity (still aesthetically pleasing) to obvious deformity.If pectoralis muscle flexing causes the implant to "disappear", BAD is a possibility.Revisit your plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...
