Does using Mod, Mod + or HP affect the width/height of your breasts or just projection? Which is the best option for me?(photos)

During your consultation, you will be measured and can try on a range of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue. Based on the size you select, your surgeon will choose the profile.

From your photo it appears you would be a candidate for breast augmentation and possibly a lift. This would provide more volume as well as raise the position of the nipple. The profile of the implant you select determines how much projection there is. A 325cc implant in the moderate profile will be wider than the 325cc implant in the high profile. The best option for you is a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
