The doctor told me I'm about 200-250cc naturally but they are a bit saggy and spread apart from each other. I want a natural look that's proportionate to my body. I'm 5'6 and 142 pounds. I'm scared if I get a 325cc my breasts will be spread apart bc it's a bit smaller. Any advice?
Answer: Size in implants Hello, thank you for your question. Size is always a difficult decision to make, most patients go with the bigger of the two sizes since post operatively we find that most patients wished they went bigger. Regardless of the size your breast cleavage should be about the same you will have some upper pole fullness but it should not "spread" your breasts apart. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your concerns. Play around with some sizers, bring in some wish pics to help narrow down your options. Best of luck!

Answer: Breast Augmentation Hello, based on my experience I would recommend between 400cc extra high profile with gel implants to 420cc, this way you will achieve fuller and lifted breasts. But remember that this opinion is based on what I see in the photos, to choose the appropriate implant you must have a consultation with a plastic surgeon to take all the meassurements and determine the correct size. Thank you ans have an amazin day!

Answer: Implant choice Thanks for your inquiry, in general terms your implant width should be less than your breast width. Without your breast width it is hard to advise. From your pics, the breast on the left side of the picture appears larger and more ptotic and you may need two different size implants. In general terms, 25 cc of 350 cc is less than 8 % difference so they are not that far apart.

Answer: Selecting size The 25cc difference between the two implants you are considering is less than 2 tablespoons of volume. The difference would be difficult to see with the naked eye once placed. Your surgeon can help you select the implant that will fit best in the breast space, which is the implant that will likely look best on you.

Answer: Bellesoma Method Your breasts are asymmetrical in volume, shape and position. Implants alone will not solve your problem. You need a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: 325 or 350cc I think you can get a great result with either size. However, when my patients get stuck picking between sizes, I recommend they go with the larger implant. I have heard more regrets over the years of not going a little larger and rarely hear patients feel they chose too big. Either way you are going to look great Good luck!
