Will you be disfigured when you remove fillers in your cheeks?

wishfortatas
After my Dr over filled my cheek area 3 weeks ago, I am asymmetric. He did cause a hematoma in 2 places under my right eye which I have had vision problems with. He said give it 6 weeks to even out as the left side although is over filled as well, doesn't appear to make my eye disfigured and my face as distorted. My friends give me a look of shock when they see me and ask what happened to me. I don't look like the woman prior to the filler, what are my options.
