I’m not happy with the look of my under chin/ neck. I was unsure if I need a conservative chin implant or liposuction or necklift or all. I consulted with a surgeon locally and the recommendation was Submental Liposuction And fat procedure ( I think this is for shaping jawline but not sure ). He advised that he wouldn’t go as far as a chin implant. Just wondering from other surgeons if this is really best option for me ? I included pictures from my consultation. Do I need a chin lor neck lift?
