Hello doctors i had BA explanted 8 years ago i need major help. What would you suggest im . Ty i want minimally invasive .

The visible photo suggests significant volume loss and skin/nipple position changes after explantation, so implant placement alone may not solve the shape issue. Whether an implant should go over or under the muscle depends on tissue thickness, scar tissue, chest anatomy, and how much lift is needed; after explantation, this often requires an in-person exam rather than choosing a pocket from photos alone.

A minimally invasive option may improve volume only modestly. If there is enough loose skin or nipple descent, a breast lift, implant, fat grafting, or a staged combination may be more predictable than simply placing an implant. I would have a board-certified plastic surgeon examine the tissue quality and discuss the tradeoffs of subglandular, dual-plane, and lift-based approaches before deciding.
