What Is the Biggest Anatomical Limitation in My Case - Can I Achieve Upper-Pole Fullness Without a Lift? (Photos)

Looking at my anatomy, what is the biggest factor that will determine whether I can achieve noticeable upper-pole and inner-pole fullness with augmentation alone? Are there any anatomical limitations that would make that goal difficult? My consult advised me I would achieve a very full but natural look with good inner/upper pole using a plan of UTM, wirh Mentor Boosts 400-500cc and felt very confident that I would not need a lift - but I can’t help but worry I’ll end up with no cleavage and bottom heavy result. Additional opinions would be greatly appreciated!
