Im 22. I have a 4 year old and a baby due in April. My breast have always been drastically uneven. No matter how much weight I have lost they have gotten saggier and never improved. I'm 5'9 and always wear about a 38/40D in my bra size. I know I will need a breast lift and a possible reduction on my larger boob but my goal is to be larger hence why I would like 600cc high profile silicone implants. Who can help and what would be an estimated price? In willing to travel.

At this stage everything appears to be healing appropriately. The scars of the periareola lift need to settle and you need advice regarding scar management. If after 12 months there is a lot of difference the scars can be revised but hopefully everything will settle of its own accord.
I am sorry to hear about your wound. This has overgranulated and although a nuisance will heal. You need to have regular dressings with your PS. I personally tend to use silver nitrate and silver nitrate impregnated dressings but best for your PS to advise.
