Hi.  Thanks for sharing your pics.  I recommend that you consider having lift with reduction on the larger breast first, and once the shape and size symmetry is improved, have the implants placed.  Very large implants put significant tension on the scars, and choosing the right projection and volume implant would be easier once the shape & size is improved.  A single stage approach can be done. Of course, surgery should wait until you have no further changes associated with pregnancy and nursing (size has stabilized).  There are many qualified ABPS certified PS near you-better for a staged approach to surgeries.  Good luck!

The combination of breast augmentation and lift is the most challenging operation in aesthetic breast surgery. I recommend you consult with a very experienced plastic surgeon who has special interest and expertise in breast surgery. Also I suggest you look at a somewhat smaller size of implant. The surest way to destroy your breast lift and invite serious, implant-related problems is to go with very large implants. All the best.

Surgical pricing varies among surgeons.  Based on your photographs, your procedure will be very challenging due to the asymmetry, extent of breast ptosis, and desire for large implants.  My recommendation is to seek a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who is experienced with breast surgery, instead of going in with a surgical plan of your own in your mind.  It would be better for you to seek recommendations from an experienced surgeon. Hello!  Thank you for your question!  Costs for a breast augmentation and lift will certainly vary depending on your location. Things to factor in for the procedure standpoint will be the facility fee, anesthesia fee, surgeon fee, implant cost, other fees (e.g., liposuction, surgical garment, addition of a breast lift, cost/type of implant used, etc.).   A range in price ~$8000-14000 is not unreasonable. $7-10K would be a reasonable cost on average for breast aug with silicone and lift. A consultation with a plastic surgeon will help you in determining which procedure(s) would be the right one for you. best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.   600cc is a large implant.  Based on
your photographs, the best shape and contour could be achieved with an implant
and a breast lift. Your nipple sits below the inframammary fold and
without a lift in addition to the implant, this will not have a natural
shape.  A breast lift with an implant can result in a very nice shape if
good technique is used.  This can also be designed to improve your breast asymmetry.  The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

requires that you contact surgeons in the communities that you are willing to go to to have this done.  Start locally then consider Oklahoma City or suburbs of KC.  My office charges $8700 (all inclusive with saline implants) and the fee goes up with gel implants.  This gives you an idea of where costs should be hovering around as we are not the highest in the country.  You will not necessarily get a better job from the one that charges the most...just a smaller bank account.  Stick with board certified plastic surgeons if possible if you do not know anything about the surgeons.
