Post op day 7 now and pain is tolerable but my PS scared me I did too much and told me to use them as minimally as possibly. Once I started feeling better around post op day 4 I started blow drying hair, lightly swiffered floor, put away some toys because initial post op instructions were "take it easy" I thought that was easy. No I'm not sure if I'm supposed to try immobilize my and for how long? How does activity for galaflex differ than normal breast lift not much info on internet.

Actually, tumeric is one of natures most powerful anti-inflammatories. I highly recommend it, but not within two weeks before surgery and 5 days after surgery. It may cause problems with your clotting system. I'm not sure of this, however. Better see than sorry though.
