Does ALL spitting stitches need removed?

5 wk PO: I have 1 obvious spitting stitch with triangular scab at my T-junction. No drainage, heat, or redness. I also have 2 v tiny stitches I can feel. Sometimes I think the one sucks back in because sometimes when I look for it I can’t find it....then later, it’ll be back. Is there some type of treatment I can apply at home? Or should I call my PS in the am? I can reach or see my T-junction. hate to think they can poke through & go back in at random, possibly pulling in microbes.
