Dear BeBold,this type of wound is not uncommon after breast lift. It is usually caused by poor blood flow. I would suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon, follow your surgeon's instructions and keep your wound clean and covered. has occurred and with good wound care, it will heal, possibly by your trip to Greece.  You will not have the yellow slough at that point and are looking at either healed wounds or the beefy red granulation tissue the facilitates healing so you should be okay, but you may still be doing wound care.  Its always preferable to letting these wounds repair themselves and then deal with scar revisions at a later time if needed.

It appears that you had some compromised blood flow in your nipples after breast lift with implants.  However, the current pink color is a good sign that vascularity has improved.  The yellow areas of fibrinous tissue should heal with continued wound care.  I would recommend following up with your plastic surgeon closely and following his/her direction regarding wound care.  This will take several weeks to months to completely heal.  Good communication between patient and surgeon is very important both before and after surgery.  Best of luck.
