Hello, thank you for your question. It is difficult to give you a specific answer, from your photo I can tell you that you qualify for a bbl, but I cannot see your abdomen, so I recommend that you have a proper consultation with a certified plastic surgeon so you can receive the best advise.

Thank you for your question, I would like to see a front and sides pictures, but based on this picture you appear to be good candidate for upper and lower back liposuction including arms, laterals and love handles and finally take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) combined with a lateral thigh and buttock tuck. The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. Creating a more favorable body contouring needs to take your hips and buttocks in context with the rest of your body.

When doing body contouring I typically try to create a smooth continuous S-curve from the shoulders to the knees.

Liposuction and fat transfer is your best option at this point. At your current weight it may be difficult to get ideal results with a single procedure because most plastic surgeons will limit fat removal to a maximum of 5 L. In the state of Florida it is legally limited to 4 L.

5 L of fat is about 8 pounds.

For someone who weighs 200 pounds removing 8 pounds of fat is insufficient to have that much impact.

Why you can still graft fat to your hips and buttocks with the red reducing your torso you will probably remain disproportionate.

To get an impressive result you need liposuction of your entire torso and at your current weight 5 L isn’t sufficient for a high-quality outcome.

You didn’t include pictures of your front but some patients who are successful at significant weight loss end up with skin laxity becoming better candidate for skin laxity surgery such as a body lift rather than Liposuction.

I think most plastic surgeons will recommend that you lose some weight first.

Doing procedures and patients who are obese increases risks and reduces aesthetic success.

The results from both Liposuction and fat transfer vary greatly depending on who does the procedure.

I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons to see what each one has to say. Doing so will get you a more accurate assessment and better understanding of treatment options as well as individual recommendations from each provider.

You will with that question be a better candidate if you lose weight first despite the fact that weight loss can create increased skin laxity.
