I broke my left side pelvic bone 10 years ago and had plates and screws put in. Will this affect my bbl surgery ? I did tell my surgical coordinator already and she told me it has no affect. But I want other drs input. I am 27 now and have the bbl booked in four months

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination but generally speaking, it should not prevent you from getting BBL If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

I recommend all patients have in person consultations with the surgeon doing the procedure before contemplating having a BBL.

If the clinic you contacted doesn’t even bother scheduling you for a proper consultation then you’re probably choosing the wrong facility.

I recommend staying local for surgical procedures and relying exclusively on in person consultations. While the fat transfer is typically not done at the level of skeletal structure scar tissue from previous surgery can have major impact on Body Contour.

I recommend all patients have multiple in person consultations before choosing a provider. During the consultation ask each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures including ideal outcomes average outcomes and less than outcomes. An experience provider should have no difficulty showing you 50 or more sets of before and after pictures though there are talented providers who may be earlier in their career.

Highly experience providers will have hundreds to thousands of before and after pictures.

Delivery consistent high-quality liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult to the most people believe.

I cannot emphasize enough the importance of choosing the most experienced and talented provider in your community.

A doctor not willing to meet with you during your consultation is not the one you want.
