Hello i am a 30 year old woman and i weight 140lbs and i'm 5'0. I've been wanting to get a BBL and a BA for almost 5 years now. Is it Possible to get both treatments at the same time?

Answer: BBL & Breast Augmentation Thanks for your question. You can have a Brazilian butt lift and Breast Augmentation done at the same time. I have performed many such combo procedures at my practice. That said, the BBL includes 360 lipo (lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks). Answer: Can I get a BBL w/ Lipo 360 + BA? Hello @annex33 Thank you for your question and sharing your pictures. from my 21 years of experience the best way to go is a 2 time surgery. First the BBL and then the breast augmentation with pexy because a BBL implies a weight loss that is going to affect the final appearance on the breast.Liposculture is a surgery for molding the body making it more harmonious, you do loose weight. So, when you lose weight you also lose weight in your breast because part of the mamary tissue is fat. so what I see when the breast surgery is performed with full body Lipo is the first few days you are perfect, with the results you want, but as the months go by, the breasts begin to fall and you begin to see that they become flaccid and smaller and you are unhappy with the results in the long term. So is best to do to focus in your body first and then the breast. An on-site or virtual consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is the best way to determine an appropriate intervention by assessing the individual characteristics of the patient breasts and goal look. Answer: BBL + BA Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a good candidate for a BBL. You also may benefit from a breast lift along with your desired augmentation. I would not recommend doing this breast procedure together with a BBL because it will impact your optimal recovery. I hope this helps.
