Hello i am a 30 year old woman and i weight 140lbs and i'm 5'0. I've been wanting to get a BBL and a BA for almost 5 years now. Is it Possible to get both treatments at the same time?

Thank you for your question. Based on the photos you appear to be good candidate for full intense liposuction in your abdomen, waist and upper and lower back, also take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Hello @annex33 Thank you for your question and sharing your pictures. from my 21 years of experience the best way to go is a 2 time surgery. First the BBL and then the breast augmentation with pexy because a BBL implies a weight loss that is going to affect the final appearance on the breast.Liposculture is a surgery for molding the body making it more harmonious, you do loose weight. So, when you lose weight you also lose weight in your breast because part of the mamary tissue is fat. so what I see when the breast surgery is performed with full body Lipo is the first few days you are perfect, with the results you want, but as the months go by, the breasts begin to fall and you begin to see that they become flaccid and smaller and you are unhappy with the results in the long term. So is best to do to focus in your body first and then the breast. An on-site or virtual consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is the best way to determine an appropriate intervention by assessing the individual characteristics of the patient breasts and goal look. Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a good candidate for a BBL. You also may benefit from a breast lift along with your desired augmentation. I would not recommend doing this breast procedure together with a BBL because it will impact your optimal recovery. I hope this helps.

Thanks for your question. You can have a Brazilian butt lift and Breast Augmentation done at the same time. I have performed many such combo procedures at my practice. That said, the BBL includes 360 lipo (lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks). So, liposuction would not be a separate procedure. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

Not in Florida office operating settings. Because office surgery rules only allow 1 liter lipo with a combination surgery like a BA.. You need 2 separate office surgeries or 1 in outpatient hospital . But you need a lift more than an augmentation btw. You should do more consults...

A Brazilian Butt Lift and Breast procedure can be performed at the same time. Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and breast lift with or without augmentation. The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. Patients who are interested in having cosmetic surgical procedures should start the process by having multiple in person consultations.

At the time you’ll get a proper assessment and a better understanding of alternatives and what each procedure can or cannot accomplish.

In your case you most likely need a breast lift combined within plants and for that plastic surgeons will not want you sleeping on your abdomen.

Some plastic surgeons do not want their patients sleeping on their sides or back after a BBL so recovery becomes an issue with combined breast surgery and a BBL.

Different plastic surgeons have different views on this so this is something to discuss during the consultation.

It’s really important to have a clear understanding of what you’re trying to achieve for each procedure. A BBL is simply gluteal fat transfer the most people think of it in terms of reducing their abdomen love handles and waist because that is most frequently where fat is harvested from.  When we make an assessment for a BBL we are in fact making an assessment for two procedures when is Liposuction and the other is fat transfer.

The results from both Liposuction and fat transfer varies greatly depending on who does the procedure.

Delivering consistent results with both Liposuction and fat transfer is more difficult than most people believe.

The outcome of these procedures is also permanent and to some extent irreversible.

To minimize the chance of having undesirable outcomes and maximize the chance of having quality results patients need to carefully select the most talented and experienced provider in their community.

To do that schedule lots of in person consultations.

During each consultation ask each provider to show their entire collection before and after pictures for the procedure you’re interested in.  ask to see ideal outcomes, average outcomes and less than outcomes.

Ask specifically to see pictures of patients with very similar body characteristics to your own in the before pictures.

Highly experienced providers should have hundreds of before and after pictures to choose from and have no difficulty finding lots and lots and lots of pictures to show you.

Simply showing a few representative pictures which in fact are the best results of the providers career is insufficient to understand what average results look like for each provider.

In the end it’s possible you may be a better candidate for a tummy tuck than Liposuction. That is a whole other discussion in itself. He didn’t mention it but women who have pregnancy related changes typically are not ideal Liposuction candidates.

Continue having consultations until you feel like you found the most experienced and talented provider for the procedures you’re interested in.  They may or may not recommending doing these as a single procedure or as two separate procedures.

When in doubt slow down and schedule more consultations.

Avoid the temptation of committing to surgery or making a deposit on the day of the consultation.

Always give yourself time to think about follow through with all scheduled consultations before making a commitment.

Intelligent consumers understand this and spend a significant amount of time and effort interviewing plastic surgeons before committing to having surgery.

Vett  plastic surgeons carefully and thoroughly.  It may seem intimidating to tell a plastic surgeon what to do but that is exactly what patients should be doing. In particular patients should tell their plastic surgeon to show their entire collection before and after pictures for the procedure they’re interested in before allowing them to do surgery on them.

You need to get some confirmation of how many procedures the surgeon has performed and have a clear understanding of what average results look like especially what results look like that didn’t turn out as well as the surgeon had hoped.

Surgeons are apprehensive to share this type of information are the wrong providers and you’ll know it when you meet them.

A highly experienced talented provider will have enough confidence to review all possible scenarios and outcomes and will have enough before and after pictures to be able to show you every possible scenario.

I also recommend reading the reviews on various physician review websites avoiding providers for any significant number of justified negative reviews.

The absence of justified negative reviews is more important and more telling than an abundance of positive reviews.

That may seem counterintuitive but it is what I have observed firsthand.

When you find a plastic surgeon who has a collection of  impressive before and after pictures that reads like a telephone book with minimal to no justified negative reviews on any website you’ve typically found the golden ticket.

Do it once do it right.

Find the right plastic surgeon and everything falls into place.
