I was wondering if it is bad to massage sculptra if there are bruises in the injection areas and pain? What kind of pressure should I give? moderate? Light? It is in my NS folds, is there a technique to massage there? I've been massaging several times a day but not long intervals as it hurts.I tend to just press the ice pack there and move that around to massage it, is that sufficient? Will bruises get bigger massaging too much? Or fade quicker?
