Needle mark 7 weeks after injecting Sculptra? (Photo)

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  Unfortunately without feeling your tissues in the temple it is difficult to offer definite advice although I see your area of concern.  Because Sculptra is a solution injected into the temples it would be strange to have such a discrete line.  I would revisit with your injector and discuss, or seek an in-person second opinion. 

It is hard to say without seeing you in person and feeling the area. It is most likely a vein. Sometimes veins become more prominent after injection but they almost always get better. If this persists, a laser can take care of the vein - a 1064 laser.
