Hi, could breast augmentation make broad shoulders look smaller?I have small breast now. I'm worried of that aspect. I want my shoulders to be smaller looking.

Why not try this - get a bra in a larger cup size then stuff it, wear a form fitting shirt over and the check yourself out in the mirror to see if this has a positive effect on your shoulder appearance. If yes, then breast augmentation may help you.

Answer: Shoulders after breast aug Breast augmentation does not make the shoulders smaller, but it can make them APPEAR smaller relatively speaking since the chest / breast will be more accentuated.
