Breast augmentation and broad shoulders - could surgery make them smaller?

While breast implants won’t make your shoulders smaller, larger breasts may make your overall body contour look more proportionate and balanced. Why not try this - get a bra in a larger cup size then stuff it, wear a form fitting shirt over and the check yourself out in the mirror to see if this has a positive effect on your shoulder appearance. If yes, then breast augmentation may help you.

Hi,Certainly the increase in breast size could give the illusion that your shoulders aqree narrower but there is no way to guarantee that outcome.

Breast augmentation can make your shoulders APPEAR less broad because it provides a better balance in appearance of your upper torso. It in no way actually makes your shoulders smaller. Hope that helps.

Breast implants will likely not make your shoulders look smaller.  Having implants will make your breasts appear larger and maybe more proportional.

Breast implants will not shrink your shoulders, so if that is your focus before and after surgery then you may be disappointed. However, I think breast implants would put your chest in better proportion with your shoulders and give you a much better look. Keeping your goals in mind I would probably use a wider and larger implant than what I would typically use.
