William LoVerme, MD

I had 255 cc over the muscle breast augmentation with Dr. LoVerme on Nov 12, 2020. At 50 years old I'm still very athletic (swim, bike, run, lift weights) and after extensive research I decided I wanted over the muscle to best suit me and my lifestyle. I choose Dr. LoVerme because his first choice is over the muscle (subfascial) and he has several years of experience with this technique. Most Doctors (at least in the Boston area) seem to all prefer unders. I didn't want a doc who mainly does unders that would agree to do overs in me. I wanted a doc who specializes in that technique. I couldn't be happier with the results. The office staff (Sharon) and Nursing staff (Ida) were all so nice and down to earth. The procedure itself was so easy with very little down time. I felt very comfortable the day of my surgery. Ida helped me with some last minute sizing hysteria and the anesthesiologist was superb. Dr. LoVerme uses MD anesthesiologists and I felt completely safe in his hands. I usually get sick after anesthesia and I felt completely fine when I got home, I wasn't even tired. I'm not sure if my experience is typical of all of Dr. Loverme BA patients but I literally had NO pain post op what so ever!! I was prepared to take Tylenol since narcotics don't agree with me but I didn't need it at all. A little tightness (like your milk being let down) and stiffness in the morning but nothing that really was bothersome. I drove myself the next day to the grocery store, did various other errands and the usual house work. I took the next day (Friday) off from work and went back to work Monday with no issues. I did have smaller implants and I think that can make a big difference on the post op and healing process. Dr. LoVerme wants you wait 10 -14 days to start back to any aerobic exercise. He explained it to me that you don't want to get your heart rate or blood pressure too high and cause anything internal to start bleeding. I was back biking at day 10, swimming day 12 and running day 14. No issues at all. I just eased back and kept my HR on the lower end for the first week back. They don't get in the way of any of my activities. I even sleep very comfortably on my stomach. They are smaller but if I wear I push up bra they can look huge. Pretty sure I could have gone up to the 275's and probably would have been just as happy. I'm now a 30D or 32 C/D but naked they look like a B or small C. My only regret is not doing this sooner!! i had an awesome experience with dr loverme, it was easy and quick and i felt comfortable in his hands. i highly recommend him if you want great results and a doctor who has been doing this for many years.

Dr. Loverme performed my mastopexy after my breast implants were removed due to an unfortunate infection.

He has exceeded my expectations - I am thrilled with the perky result, especially with the sagging and wrinkling he’d had to work with after my large implants came out.

In addition, Dr. Loverme repaired a reverse tummy tuck from a different practice.

He is a skilled and compassionate surgeon and I am grateful to have had him to operate on me.

I did not go in expecting the younger body of someone half my age but to manage some of the extra skin and rolls. I am so pleased with the outcome. After much deliberation about deciding to have a abdominalplasty, found out that my abdominal muscles were separated. Dr Lo Verme explained the procedure and I decided to go for it - only wished I had done it years ago! The staff was kind, professional and made me feel at ease. I am very pleased with the results and feel more confident about my appearance.

50th Birthday Present to Myself

I have known Dr. LoVerme for many years. there is no one I would trust more with plastic surgery. My experience with him and his entire staff was exceptional in every way. Their conservative approach, proficiency, kindness, caring pre and post surgery was outstanding. They are Miracle Makers all around!

I decided to get a breast lift when I started noticing how sweaty and rashy my under boob would get throughout the day. I breast fed my son and I feel like that made my boobs sag even more not to mention how big my nipples got. When I went to my pcp I mentioned that I was looking into getting a lift. My pcp told me one of her patients had a breast lift by Dr. LoVerme and that they looked amazing. I had my consultation in June with Dr. LoVerme he was so nice answered all my questions. My surgery was Sept 5th. After my surgery I went home and I couldn't wait to see how it looked. I love my boobs! It's been a week now since my surgery already and I LOVE my boobs even more. He did an amazing job. They are so round and perky my nipples finally look normal #nomorehangingboobs. Its crazy how a lift can change the way your body looks. I feel more sexy and confident. I paid 10k for the lift I took out a loan using prosper. I have a payment plan with them. I wish I would have done this sooner.
