I read on here somewhere that before surgery one should not eat sea food, Is that true? Or should I just call my surgeons office to double check? I just want to make sure I am not doing anything that is a no-no before Surgery. I have surgery on the 13th of this month. Thanks!

I also believe in the benefit of post breast augmentation implant displacement exercises. The sound that you mentioned is normal and he should be able to remove the implant upward towards the collarbone. Your instructions appear appropriate.
